The Christian Church is located at the center of Mt. Pulaski, on the north-west corner of the square. The city of Mt. Pulaski is easily accesible from Lincoln and Decatur on Route 121, and from Springfield on Route 54.
Our worship services are at 8:00 and 10:30 on Sunday mornings. Arriving fifteen minutes early will allow your family enough time to comfortably come into the sanctuary for worship. For families with children, fifteen minutes will allow you time for the kids to get to the children's worship and nursery before the 10:30 service begins. We also invite you to Sunday School; classes for both adults and children meet in the Family Life Center at 9:30.
On Sunday mornings we meet together to hear the Bible preached and respond through worship. We have two services, with distinct music styles. Our 8:00 service worships primarily with hymns accompanied by piano or organ. The 10:30 worship service is led by a band playing both contemporary and traditional songs. At MPCC we observe Communion every Sunday, and you are invited to participate if you are a follower of Christ.
Children's worship and the nursery are available for your children during the 10:30 service. At the 8:00 service, children worship with their families in the sanctuary.
Orientation Classes
New members and new attendees are invited to MPCC orientation classes that are held periodically throughout the year. These classes are an opportunity for you to meet the church staff and elders. You will also be given a short presentation on what we believe at MPCC. Please contact Mark Weber, the senior minister, if you are interested in attending one of these classes.
