Pulaski Christian Church primarily from an SFBT perspective, as well as providing semi-annual premarital seminars. She was ordained by Mt. Pulaski Christian Church in 2011 and joined Lincoln Pastoral Counseling Services in 2012, and Living Hope Counseling Center in 2018. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.

What to Expect

Sarah primarily counsels from a Solution Focused Brief Therapy perspective, one that is flexible for all ages and issues. SFBT is most unlike any therapeutic approach which spends considerable time in the past, instead focusing on present desires and a preferred future, generally reducing the overall amount of time spent in counseling. Sarah also provides a sliding scale option, allowing your counseling fee to be based on your annual income.
